I am an assistant professor at UCLA. I am part of the Algebra Group and the Geometry Group at UCLA.

From Fall 2019 to Spring 2022, I was an instructor in Mathematics at Princeton University, under the mentorship of János Kollár. In May 2019, I finished my Ph.D in Mathematics at the University of Utah, under the advice of Christopher Hacon.

My research is partially supported by NSF CAREER Grant DMS-2443425.

From Winter 2026, I've been running the Birational Geometry Seminar 2026. The BGS 2023, BGS 2024, and BGS 2025 are the previous versions of this seminar. From Spring 2021 to Fall 2022, I ran a Learning Seminar on the Minimal Model Program.

From Summer 2025, I've been running a series of summer workshops for graduate students and postdoctoral researchers in algebraic geometry and related areas. These workshops are called the Junior Algebraic Geometry Workshop (JAGW). The JAGW 2026 will happen during July 2026 at UCLA. The application process for the JAGW 2027 will be open soon.
