Title: Soliton solutions of the modified 2+1 chiral model

Abstract: The modified $2+1$ chiral model is the following non-linear
wave equation for $J:R^2\times R\to SU(n)$:
$(J^{-1}J_t)_t  - (J^{-1}J_x)_x - (J^{-1}J_y)_y - [J^{-1}J_t, J^{-1}J_y]=0,$
which is obtained from a dimension reduction and a gauge fixing from
the self-dual Yang-Mills equation on $R^{2,2}$.  In this talk, I will
explain a joint work with Bo Dai on construction of all soliton
solutions of this equation.
