Location.

All talks will take place at the Institute for Pure and Applied Mathematics (IPAM). A campus map is available.

Hotel Information

Participants are requested to make their own hotel reservations and travel arrangements. Please see a list of nearby hotels maintained by the mathematics department. The UCLA Guesthouse, Hilgard House, Claremont Hotel and Royal Palace Hotel are all within an easy walking distance of the conference site. Please make your hotel reservations soon. The conference takes place on a holiday weekend and hotels may fill up quickly. The UCLA Guesthouse may ask you for the name of a "faculty sponsor"; please give any of the organizers' names.

Funding information

The National Science Foundation is expected to provide partial funding for the conference. Priority in funding will be given to researchers not having current NSF support and especially to junior researchers.
