<p>Title: Duality via cycle complexes.</p>

<p>Abstract:
We explain that Bloch's cycle complex D can be used as
a dualizing complex for constructible sheaves on
any scheme (smooth or not)  over an algebraically closed field.
This generalizes most duality results for constructible sheaves,
and unifies the mod p and prime to p theories.
If time permits, we give some applications.</p>
