REVIEW: string functions, indexing, limits of precision
COVER: Writing neat code, reading documentation (don't be scared).
PREVIEW: size_t ---why is it used?

(10 minutes) If limits of precision has been covered, review some artimetic then go over exercises 11,12.  
(10 minutes) Go over writing neat code. Practice coding exercise 1. 
(10 minutes) Go over Reading documentation section.  
(5 minutes) Using the cmath documentation try the 'Predict the output exercises' 8, 9 
(10+ minutes) Review string functions and indexing. You can use 'Predict the output exercises' 12-19

PREVIEW: logic, if-else

(10 minutes) Finish up string exercises 12-19. 
(2 minutes) Talk about escape characters (exercise 20).
(5 minutes) Review the types (int, double, string, char, size_t) and what they store. 
(15 minutes) Error spotting exercises. 
(5 minutes) review relavent user input, if-else. 
(18 minutes) Some of the practice coding exercises 2-6.
