Abstract:
We survey the connections
between large cardinals and
the determinacy of long
games, and present a particular
calculation (due to John
Steel and the author) demonstrating
that the large cardinal
strength of continuously coded
determinacy is somewhere in the
region of strong past a
Woodin cardinal.
