Attend a 1-hour workshop hosted by College Academic Counseling ASK Peer Counselors to learn about the medical school admissions criteria, required prerequisite coursework, MCAT, pre-health resources on campus, and more. The workshop is designed to help any and all current UCLA undergraduate students in navigating the path of being a Premed at UCLA! Whether you’re looking to get a head start or just wanting to learn more about the steps to take to pursue a career in medicine, this workshop is for you!
Are you applying, or thinking about applying, to medical school? Are you dreading applying to medical school? This 90-minute workshop hosted by College Academic Counseling ASK Peer Counseling in partnership with AMSA, will help you navigate the entire process! Attendees will learn the in’s and out’s about AMCAS, the application for MD schools. Learn more about putting together your activities statements, how to enter your UCLA classes into the application, asking for and submitting letters of recommendation, writing your personal statement, and how to budget for the entire process!
Are you a north campus major interested in tech? Then come to the final Humanities Career Panel Series event titled “Swipe Right: Say ‘Yes’ to Careers in Tech” on Tuesday, May 8th from 4-5:30pm in room 200 at the Career Center (Strathmore Building).
This event will feature a full panel of UCLA north campus majors—just like you!—who have landed successful careers in the tech industry.
