UBS Excel Crash Course

The Undergraduate Business Society (UBS) is excited to announce its inaugural Excel Crash Course, an introductory one-day training session designed for freshmen and sophomores interested in learning the basics of excel and its various applications to finance.  

Topics that will be covered during the training include basic excel functions, valuation, and financial modeling. Students of ALL majors and backgrounds that are interested in finance are encouraged to attend. This session will be a great introduction to the tools used daily by financial professionals.


Now Accepting Applications: UCLA Sustainable LA Grand Challenge Undergraduate Research Scholars Program

Undergraduate Research Scholars Program Students: The course is open to students who will be in their 2nd and 3rd years during the year in which the course is offered. The course is offered for two units each quarter, with P/NP in the Fall and letter grades in the Winter and Spring quarters. Additionally, each student will register for two units of SRP99 each quarter (P/NP).

Fourth Annual UCLA 'Code for the Mission' App Competition

UCLA's Technology Development Group and Office of Information Technology are pleased to announce the Fourth Annual UCLA “Code for the Mission” App Competition. The “Code for the Mission” competition seeks to encourage UCLA Faculty, Students, and Staff to develop mobile apps that further the UCLA mission of translating research for social benefit.
