New Oxford Master's in Mathematical Sciences (OMMS) at the University of Oxford

The Oxford Master’s in Mathematical Sciences (or 'OMMS') is now admitting students to start in October 2018.  This new master’s degree is run jointly by the Mathematical Institute and the Department of Statistics at the University of Oxford.  For the first time we are able to offer students from across the world a masters course that draws on the full range of our research across the mathematical sciences, from fundamental themes in the core to interdisciplinary applications.

Oxford Mathematics now has up to 50 fully-funded studentships for doctoral degrees

The Mathematical Institute now has up to 50 fully-funded studentships available each year for doctoral degrees. All home, EU and overseas  applicants are eligible to apply – up to 20 studentships each year will be available to applicants regardless of nationality.

Bruins-In-Genomics (B.I.G.) Summer is an undergraduate research program for students who are interested in learning computational biology, and pursuing a graduate education in biosciences.

The Division of Biostatistics and Bioinformatics at the University of California San Diego (UCSD) is pleased to solicit applications for the PhD program in Biostatistics, for Fall 2018. The Division is housed in the research-intensive UCSD School of Medicine, which has research funding of over $1 billion annually. Located on the coast of sunny southern California, UCSD is central to a robust biotechnology hub and hosts the SD Supercomputer center, the Jacobs School of Engineering, the Moores Cancer Center, and other distinguished research institutes.
