FRANCE & BELGIUM

 

MANAGEMENT: INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS LAW AND TAXATION

JULY 20 – AUGUST 15, 2014

 

Set in France and Belgium, this program offers students an in-depth understanding of international regulation of business.  The curriculum places special emphasis on the European Union and its regulatory scheme.  The program is ideal for business or accounting students qualifying for the CPA exam or for pre-law students wanting exposure to the case briefing and legal analysis methodology used in law school.  The program will feature cultural and business visits in Paris, the Loire Valley, Normandie, the EU parliament and Bruges.

CURRICULA:

All courses 4 quarter units each and both courses satisfy requirements for the: Business Economics major and the Accounting minor at UCLA.
