Wazo Connect, a student organization aiming to improve mental health across campus. Wazo Connect is a peer mentorship program for students who are feeling lonely, stressed or overwhelmed. We train our mentors by CAPS, CARE, GRIT, LGBTQ+ Center and Psychology professors. All majors and years are welcome and no experience needed!
We are trying to reach out to different academic departments to include students from all around campus to be mentors because we have mentees from all majors and backgrounds! We would appreciate if you can share this information with the students in your department.
We will be conducting interviews Weeks 9-10 and accepted mentors will start training on Winter quarter! For more information please visit our website www.wazoconnect.com or our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/wazoconnect/
