"Mindful": An Open, Student-Led Group by and for Asian and Pacific Islander Students (Spring Quarter 2020, Tuesdays at 5pm)

Struggling with school, relationships? Stressed by the COVID-19 pandemic and xenophobia? Feel like you're not living your best life? The API Caucus at UCLA Luskin is facilitating "Mindful"—a student-led group / workshop series by and for Asian and Pacific Islander students at UCLA. We cover mental health topics, such as anxiety, depression, family, identity, mindfulness, relationships, stress, and trauma. Feel free to share this information and the attached flyer with anyone at UCLA who might be interested. The meetings are open and noncommittal.


Where: Online (Zoom meetings)

When: Tuesdays, 5:00pm to 6:15pm PST, during the 2020 Spring Quarter from Week 2 to Week 9 (April 7, 14, 21, 28, May 5, 12, 19, 26)
