Position Summary: The internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in the People Operations department. The intern will report to the People Operations Generalist and be a part of meaningful projects that involve day-to-day administrative tasks to be executed that contribute to the overall success of the business. The Candidate must be detailed-oriented and have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Must have the ability to work independently while also working collaboratively with all levels of the team across the business. Must be able to demonstrate strong written and oral communications. This is a great opportunity for a student pursuing a degree in Human Resources to gain on-the-job experience. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Language Ability: 
· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. 
· Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. 
· Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Math Ability: 
· Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. 
· Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability: 
· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. 
· Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Internet, E-mail, and Database software.
