LA GOAL is looking for an accounting clerk consultant to start immediately until the end of January at the $10.50/hour rate. The Accounting Clerk Consultant will be assisting the Accounting Fiduciary with the following:
· Accounts Payable set up and processing
· Payroll reconciliation
· Bank reconciliation
· Audit 2016 preparation
· Ad hoc requests

The Humanities Career Panel Series is gearing up for another quarter of exciting career-oriented events! To kick off the winter quarter, we will be hosting “The Art of Finding a Career at a Museum or Arts Non Profit” on Wednesday, January 18th from 4 pm-5:30 pm in Royce Hall 314. This panel will feature speakers from well-known museums, academic institutions, and arts non-profits in the Los Angeles area. We will discuss career options that one can find at these institutions and how to get your foot in the door. If you have always wanted to work at a museum or be an artist, this panel is for you!
Speakers will include Debra Broz (mixed media artist and the Interim Program Manager at the Center for Cultural Innovation), Kabir Singh (Associate Educator, Family Programs, at the Skirball Cultural Center), Theresa Sotto (Director of Education at the Hammer Museum), and John Tain (Assistant Curator of Modern and Contemporary Art at the Getty Research Institute).
