Grading:   

Final Exam 50%, Midterm 30%, Homework: 20%
(Note: In order to pass this course, you must take the final exam)

Exams:

Midterm	Monday, November 2, 10:00-10:50 am, Location: If your last name starts with A-I: MS 6221 If your last name starts with J-Z: MS 6229
Final Exam	Wednesday, December 9, 3:00-6:00 pm, Location: TBA

No makeups are allowed for the midterms and for the final examinations. Bring a photo ID card to the midterm and to the final. No calculators, books, or notes will be permitted on the midterm or the final.

Homework:

Homework will be collected at the beginning of class every Friday with the exception of November 6 and November 27. Label each homework clearly with your name, class (Math 134) and student ID#. Enumerate your problems and box or circle your answers.

Late homework will not be accepted. The lowest homework grade will be dropped.
