One of the great challenges of teaching, I find, is being able to fit into a fifty-minute class all the content you would like to teach. Indeed, this is a challenge that sometimes finds me wanting. On these occasions, I resort to the internet and e-mail my students some notes on topics I wanted covered more thoroughly. I shall post these notes here, in case they may be of use to anyone. (More will appear as I finish proofreading them.)
