Christian A. Herrera

Christian A. Herrera is a 2nd year student at UCLA. He is a Math/Applied Science Major and is also a Pre-Med student. He plans to either go to Medical School or Graduate School after he finishes his undergraduate studies. He is in the UCLA Honors Program, a member of Phi Eta Sigma ( UCLA Honors Society ) and a member of Math and Science Scholars Program. He recently was at the Cornell- SACNAS Mathematical Sciences Summer Institute, where he did research in biomathematics. His group research project at Cornell involved making a mathematical model of the immune system response to the Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. His e-mail address is cherrera@ucla.edu
