Bookmarks to render MathJax

"start ChatJax" installs MathJax and starts a loop that renders LaTeX as needed.
This is intended for use in chat, where the contents of the page are not static.
Reloading the page will stop the loop, so the bookmark needs to be run again.

Installing on Troublesome Mobile Browsers

If your browser cannot add bookmarks using drag-and-drop or a contextual
menu, add a bookmark as instructed below. Open this bookmark from the chat
page to start ChatJax.

1. Copy the text from the box below.
2. Create a bookmark to this (or any) page.
3. Replace the contents of the bookmark URL with the copied text.
4. Edit the bookmark title if you wish (e.g. "start ChatJax").

Using with Chrome on Android

Evidently, Chrome on Android does not remember the current page when
opening a bookmark from the standard bookmark menu. The bookmark can
still be used; however, the procedure is a bit more involved than simply
opening from the bookmark menu.

Go to the Search bar and start typing the name you've given to the bookmark
(e.g. "start ChatJax"). The bookmarklet should appear in the list of items
found. Open that item and ChatJax should start running on the current page.
