Notes
-
Two proofs of Wigner's semicircular law, for participating analysis seminar (Spring 2012).
The two proofs are 1) via the moment method, and 2) via the Stieltjes transform. - Talagrand's inequalities and applications, for participating analysis seminar (Fall 2011) and concentration of measure seminar (Spring 2012).
- Analysis qualifying exam, problem hints and solution sketches. Joint with Will Feldman, Alan Mackey and Brent Nelson. I briefly tried tidying this up and filling in some details, but decided it's probably best that the student studying for the exam fill in the details herself. I have been told there is at least one incorrect solution, so stay alert!

Tutoring
I tutor high school and college level math!- High school: all, with experience tutoring Algebra I and II, geometry, precalculus and calculus.
- Standardized tests: SAT I/II, AP
- UCLA math courses: 3ABC, 31AB, 32AB and 33AB.
For UCLA students I can also tutor small groups at a reduced rate, so bring your classmates! 2 students: $80/hr, 3 students: $100/hr.
