Level Set Code for Epitaxial Growth
We have developed a level set code to simulate epitaxial growth. This code can simulate irreversible as well as reversible growth, for both submonolayer and multilayer growth. An executable version of the code that solves the problem for irreversible aggregation is available. The executable runs under Linux Redhat Version 6.0, as well as SUSE Linux 7.7, and most likely most other Linux systems on an Intel Platform.
