"Nothing whatsoever takes place in the universe in which some relation of maximum and minimum does not appear."

-Leonhard Euler, Elastic Curves

I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Emory University and part of the Emory's Computational and Data Enabled Science (CODES) research group. I previously held visiting and postdoctoral positions at UCLA, McGill University, King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, National Academy of Sciences of Armenia, and the Technical University of Lisbon hosted by Professors Stanley Osher, Wilfrid Gangbo, Adam Oberman, and Diogo Gomes.

I obtained my Ph.D. in the framework of UT Austin -- Portugal CoLab under the supervision of Professors Diogo Gomes and Alessio Figalli. My research interests include variational analysis, mean-field games, machine learning, optimal control, optimal transportation, partial differential equations, shape optimization problems, and dynamical systems.
