About Me
Since fall 2009 I have been a Ph.D. student in the Department of Mathematics at UCLA, where I work with Prof. Andrea Bertozzi. I passed my qualifying exams in applied differential equations and numerical methods, and broadly speaking these are my areas of research. In an earlier life I was a Mathematics major at Princeton, where I studied analysis and probability and wrote my senior thesis under Prof. Ingrid Daubechies. I was born in New York and grew up in Chapel Hill, N.C.
