All the hotels listed are walking distance to the Math Sciences Building. Walking times range from about 10 minutes (from the Tiverton and the Guest House), to about 20 minutes (from the Palomar). The standard choices are the Tiverton House and UCLA Guest House. Both are operated by UCLA. Some of the other hotels have UCLA rates.

Hotels in Westwood can sell out long in advance. Regardless of the hotel you choose, we advise making your reservation as early as possible.

The nearest airport is LAX. There is an hourly non-stop bus, the LAX Westwood FlyAway between the airport and Westwood. The Westwood station is marked in yellow on the map below. It is about 10 minutes walk from the main cluster of hotels. Fare is $10 (credit/debit card only) each way.

The airport is served by several shared rides companies, including Prime Time Shuttle and Super Shuttle. One-way fares to Westwood hotels are about $25.

Both Lyft and Uber have pick-up and drop-off locations at LAX.

A taxi from the airport to Westwood should cost around $55.
