The final exam covers everything from the first day to the last day. That is, it covers the material for the first test, the material for the second test, and the recent material from Sections 3.3 and 4.1-4.2. For the homework, it covers Problem Sets I-VIII, a total of 40 problems.
The webpage on characterizing the real field is not required.
