It will cover everything we do up to that time (through Tuesday, May 20), after the first midterm. For the book, that means the six sections 2.3-2.5, 4.4, 5.1-5.2, plus pages 82-83. For the homework, it means Problem Sets IV, V, and VI.
The ground rules: closed book; no calculators; paper is provided. The format will be similar to the first test.
I will hold a "last chance" office hour on Tuesday, May 20, 5:30-6:30 p.m., in MS 7332. (This is in addition to the usual office hours, and in addition to the "virtual office hours" website.)
