- early November: Deadline to register for the Employment Center at the Joint Meetings
- early November: First job applications due
- late November: Mail first batch of job applications and
arrange for recommendation letters to be sent
- Early-mid January: Joint Meetings, New Orleans, Jan 10-13.
- February: NSF Postdoctoral Fellowships announced
