will speak on

Symmetry and supersymmetry

Abstract:

Symmetry has played an important role in physics and mathematics. It is important in problems of number theory, in quantum physics, and relativity. But in recent years physicists have discovered a generalization called supersymmetry (SUSY) which has given rise to new developments in geometry, analysis, algebra, and physics. In this talk I shall give an introduction to the concept of supersymmetry.
