Maple and other mathematical software packages are available to you in the PIC lab in Boelter Hall room 2817.

I will be out of town Thursday Jan 22 and am rescheduling office hours to Wed Jan 21 4-5pm and Friday Jan 23 9:30-11:30am and 1:30-3:30pm.

YOUR FIRST MIDTERM IS MONDAY JAN 26 IN CLASS!!!

There will be TWO rooms for the midterm. If your last name starts with A-M, you will be in Franz 1178. If your last name starts with N-Z you will be in WG Young CS 24 (same as lecture). Please arrive 10 minutes early, the exam starts at 8am and ends at 8:50am.

Note: Changes in office hours Feb 12-20. No office hours today (Thurs Feb 12) or Monday (Feb 16). Instead, I will hold office hours:
Friday Feb 13 10am-11am
Tues Feb 17 4-5pm
Weds Feb 18 4-5pm
Thurs Feb 19 9-11am (not 4-5pm as usual)

Midterm 2 is Friday Feb 20th!!! The midterm will cover 2.7, 2.9, Chap 4 (the sections we covered), and 9.1. There will be TWO rooms for the midterm. If your last name starts with N-Z, you will be in Moore 100. If your last name starts with A-M, you will be in WG Young CS 24 (same as lecture). Please arrive 10 minutes early, the exam starts at 8am and ends at 8:50am.

The Final is Friday March 20th from 3pm to 6pm!!! The final is comprehensive. If your last name starts with A-M you will be in WG Young CS 24. If your last name starts with N-Z you will be in MS4000a. Please arrive 10 minutes early. I will hold office hours finals week on Monday from 10am-12pm and Thursday from 1pm-5pm.
