Time and Location: MWF 12:00-12:50P, Rolfe 1200.

Exam schedule:

Midterm 1,  Monday, February 6 (in class).

Midterm 2,  Monday, March, 5 (in class).

Final Exam: Wednesday, March 21, 2012, 8:00-11:00 AM.

There are no make- up exams. Bring a Photo ID card to the midterms and to the final.

Any questions on the midterms or homework should be addressed within a week after receiving the tests or homework back.

Grading:

The final letter grade will be determined by the higher one of the following two scores:

1. Homework - 10%, Two Midterms - 40%, Final examination - 50%;
2. Homework - 10%, Final examination -90%.

No grade "I" will be given without required midterms and homework grades.

No request of lowering your grade from C to C- will be granted.

Calculators: No calculators  (or other electronic devices) will be allowed on the exams.

Homework:

Homework will be assigned weekly during each Friday's lecture and should be turned in to your TA on the Thursday of the following week. No late homework will be accepted.
