Exam schedule:

Midterm 1,  Monday, February 4 (in class).

Midterm 2,  Monday, March 3 (in class).

Final Exam: Wednesday, March 19, 2008, 11:30-2:30

There are no make- up exams. Bring a Photo ID card to midterm and to the final.

Grading:

The final grade of the course will be determined by the higher one of the following two scores:

1. Homework - 10%, Two Midterms - 40%, Final examination - 50%;
2. Homework - 10%, Final examination -90%.

Calculators: No calculators  (and other electronic devices) will be allowed on the exams.

Homework:

Homework will be assigned weekly during the Friday's lecture and should be turned in to TA on Thursday of the following week. No late homework will be accepted
