I am a Hedrick Assistant Professor in the Mathematics Department at UCLA. Prior to UCLA I was a Taussky-Todd instructor at Caltech. My main research interest is in the field of Probability. In particular I am interested in the theory of random walks, the theory of percolation and mixing of Markov chains.
I am a member of UCLA's Probability/Mathematical Physics group.

I received My PhD from the Statistics Department at U.C. Berkeley in May 2003 under the supervision of Professor Yuval Peres.
