TELNET

  To access restricted PIC and/or Math machines from BOL Gold using telnet,
  the user must first login to:

      uclatn.earthlink.net

  and specify his/her Earthlink login and password.  They can then telnet
  directly to UCLA hosts from there.

WWW

  To access restricted PIC and/or Math machines from BOL Gold using Netscape,
  the user should do the following:

    In Netscape, pull down Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Proxy, and
    select the option "Auto Proxy".  In the adjoining text box, fill in:
