Putnam Competition

UCLA participated in the 59th annual William Lowell Putnam Competition, a mathematics competition for undergraduates in the United States and Canada. Team members were Simon Fu, Alicia McCammon and Matt Pulver. In addition Jorge Balbas participated as an individual.

Congratulations to all participants ! We hope to see more UCLA undergraduates participating in the 1999 competition. Spring Training for the 1999 competition will begin in the spring quarter.
