method of soliciting help on homework. For help with this course,
please see me during my or your TA's office hours as I will not
respond to homework questions via email.
Homework:
Homework is very important to understanding the material in
this class and you should be able to clearly explain all solutions to
all homework problems. The homework is due every Friday and the
latest assignment can be found at http://www.math.ucla.edu/~duminsky/146.1.10s/homework.html
and will be posted each Friday. Your
lowest homework score will be dropped in the computation of your final
grade. As a result late homework will not be accepted and there
will be no make-up homework, no
exceptions. Homework must be stapled
and clearly labeled with your name, ID, and section number.
Mid Terms:
There will be one midterm on
Monday May 3rd during
the
regular class hours. Please make sure you have no time conflicts and
bring your ID cards to all exams. For both the midterm and the final

exceptions.
